1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between cwinz and its users. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you fully accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Each individual may operate only one cwinz account. If it is proven that a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts and earned bonuses will be cancelled and the individual will be permanently banned from the platform.

3. Account Security

3.1 Password & Access

It is your responsibility to keep your cwinz account password completely confidential. Sharing your account credentials with anyone else or allowing a third party to operate your account is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access occurs, notify the support team immediately.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

cwinz reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account and conduct an investigation if any unusual or suspicious transaction or gaming activity is detected. In such cases, the user may be asked to verify their identity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cwinz currently supports transactions through the following mobile financial services:

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may be longer for accounts that are under investigation or awaiting verification.

4.4 Transaction Responsibility

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are awarded only once per eligible account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering is complete.
• If wagering is not completed within the time limit set by cwinz, the bonus may be cancelled.
• If a bonus is claimed through multiple accounts or false information, the account will be cancelled.
• cwinz reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

cwinz has five VIP levels, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Users can advance to higher levels through regular and active gaming activity.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

cwinz follows a fair play policy. The outcome of all games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or conducted under the supervision of professional live dealers.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, cwinz reserves the right to make all operational decisions. In such situations, the records stored in the system will be considered final.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

If a technical error in a game is proven, the bets for that round will be cancelled and returned to the user's account. No bet may be considered cancelled unilaterally unless cwinz notifies the user.

6.4 Sports Betting

The odds and markets displayed in the sports betting section are subject to change. If the odds change after a user's bet is confirmed, the confirmed odds will remain in effect. If a match or event is cancelled, the related bets will be refunded.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Fraud, deception, or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Operating an account using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Unauthorised access to another user's account or information.
• Conducting any technical attack with the intent to disrupt platform operations.
• Claiming bonuses or promotions by providing false personal information.

For any of the above violations, cwinz reserves the right to cancel accounts, forfeit funds, and take applicable legal action without notice.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by cwinz

cwinz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (generally, no login for more than 12 months).

8.2 Closure by the User

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. All valid balances can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonuses subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection
